Our Roasted Marrow Butter is the perfect all-in-one spread. Slather on crusty bread, or pop a bit in a ramekin on your charcuterie board, or top steaks and burgers with it as a compound butter. We slowly roast our marrow bones, scoop out the marrow, and blend it with sherry, cognac, garlic, thyme, and other fresh herbs. It is, in a word, outstanding.
Our marrow butter will arrive frozen, but we recommend storage in the refrigerator. When brought to room temperature, it becomes a smooth and spreadable consistency.
