Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping for our Randall Products. Shipping frozen products is an expensive undertaking. We have negotiated the best rates we can, but we are truly a small farm with a small team, & cannot negotiate the kinds of pricing larger producers can, given the much larger volume they ship. When you see "free shipping" elsewhere, you are still paying for expensive shipping, it's just baked into the pricing of that $75 ribeye steak that you see on their site.


SHIPPING DETAILS

  • There is a $100 order minimum for shipped orders.
  • Shipping pricing is determined by delivery zone and proximity to our facility. The farther the package has to go, the more expensive it will be.
  • We ship on TUESDAYS, with shipped orders due midnight on Sunday.
  • Shipments are sent out via UPS 2-day. If you are near the DMV area, you may receive your package in one day.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

  • When you place your order, it is confirmed within our system and places your items on hold.
  • When we pack your order and label it for shipment, we process your order and your Credit Card is charged.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number in it.
  • Once your order is with the carrier, we do not have insight into its location-- please use the tracking number and contact the carrier directly if you have questions about the whereabouts of your order.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

  • Bring your shipment inside immediately upon delivery. Do not leave it outside.
  • Open your box immediately and store your items in a freezer.
  • Some thawing en route is to be expected, especially during summer months. AS LONG AS YOUR ITEMS ARE COLD TO THE TOUCH, they can be either placed back in the freezer (for later use) or in the refrigerator (please consume within 3 days).
  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the thawing of items left outside or inside the box after delivery.

ISSUES WITH YOUR SHIPMENT

If any of your products are NOT COLD TO THE TOUCH, immediately take the following photographs:

  • The outside of the package (showing any damage that may have occurred in transit), including the shipping label.
  • The contents IN the box (so we can double check packing protocols were met)
  • Each product that was thawed- make sure to take photos of the LABEL and note the small numbers either at the top right or lower center
  • Please take a video as well, if possible, showing the box and the thawed products.

Discard any product that is NOT cold to the touch. Immediately place products that are still cold into a freezer for later use or place them in the refrigerator to use within 3 days.

Send us an email at Orders@RandallLineback.com. Attach the photos. Note your order number, date and time of delivery, and the products that were thawed. We will be in touch.

Again, the customer is responsible for receiving the order & promptly placing the items in the freezer or refrigerator. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for thawing that occurs due to delays in bringing the package inside and placing its contents in a freezer or refrigerator (i.e. after we receive the delivery notification from the carrier).
