Ordering Policy Orders can be placed 24 hours a day on www.RandallLineback.com. ... security purposes, we do not accept orders or payment information via email or telephone.
Order Minimum Orders must meet a $40 minimum (after coupons/ sales are applied).
Pickups. This site is for local pickup only. Orders mistakenly placed for shipping will be canceled & refunded. If the customer prefers, we will place a new order through MeatCrafters.com that echoes the original order as closely as possible (we cannot guarantee an identical order, as we have more products available for local pickup than we do for nationwide shipping).
Wrong Location If you choose the wrong pickup location at checkout, send us an email at Info@RandallLineback.com and we will make a note about the revised location & will confirm by email. Warning: further auto-generated communications regarding your order will contain the original pickup location, as the system will not allow us to edit or change pickup information after checkout.
Ordering Deadlines Our Pickup schedule is articulated HERE. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders & changes, but as our inventory is stored off-site, we cannot guarantee it.
Cancellation policy or change of order Do you want to ADD to your order or CANCEL your order? Any changes in your order, including cancellations, must be communicated to us as soon as possible via email at Info@RandallLineback.com. In the case of cancellations, we will cancel and refund the order immediately. In the case of changes to orders, we will revise the invoice and send it via email for payment.
Refunds and Replacements Due to our robust and stringent food safety policies and procedures, and the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 business days of the receipt your order. We will do our best to come up with a solution but do reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
