Our (Skinny Salamis™) BEEF & LAMB FIVE SPICE recipe blends lean Randall Lineback Beef with 15% lamb fat and just the right hint of Five Spice aromatics ( star anise, cloves, Chinese cinnamon, Szechuan peppercorns, and fennel seeds).

Our mini salamis are everything you want from a beef stick! You'll eat these all day and come back for more! Fun tip: use as little salami nuggets on a charcuterie board.

These are shelf-stable: after opening, place in a ziplock bag or other airtight container, and they'll keep for weeks. To extend their life-span, store in their original packaging, in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
