An elevated, creamy paté with a smooth and spreadable texture. Our wonderful Randall Lineback liver is blended with roasted garlic, Thyme, fresh herbs, and a touch of bourbon, then emulsified with premium cream & butter. We recommend portioning into a small ramekin to boost any charcuterie board (though we've been known to simply scoop it out of its container with crackers- an elevated flavor doesn't mean we have to get too fancy!).
For long term storage, the freezer is recommended. After opening, please refrigerate and consume within a week.
