One of the easiest accompaniments out there. With an undeniable and delightful flavor that takes your braised beef recipe up a notch. Best with: Ossobuco, Slow Braised Chuck Roast, etc.
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup parsley, very finely chopped
- Peel of one lemon, very finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, very finely chopped.
- Pinch of coarse salt
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Seriously. That’s it!
